I'e just back in from the British and thought I'd just quickly put this post on to congradulate Rich Parker on winning the expert Vert! The comp was really good with the level of Vert skating really high for a British comp ... but Rich I'm sure you owe me some of your prize money for staying at my house! (joke) :D

I didnt film anything because I left my camera at home (smacks self on head), but alex (theboringlife) filmed the runs with rob parkers camera (very confusing), because alex wasnt skating due to injury. im sure he'll be able to do something with them, like put them on a site or send you them or something.

my favourite part of rich's run was his 900 because it was first one all weekend and he landed smack bang in the middle of his second run. we did have a couple of viking flips from other guys as well. adam davidson fell on his though but joey egan did the first one i've seen him do in competition. v sick.

I was quite happy with the way i skated as well, seeing as it was my first time in the expert divison and i managed 5th place, which is good because the last comp i entered i came last! lol

there might be a light at the end of the tunnel for my injury now... saw a new specialist and he thinks i migiht have a ruptured disk in my back that is pressing on a bunch of nerves making my left leg almost immobile at times and making my back hurt... me and my physio thoguh it was a different problem for the last few months and so chasing the wrong thing,, but now this is something new to try,, so i hve hope that i can get better eventually..

wow that sucks. I pulled my groin and it took forever to heal.
Then I got a good therapist who did ultrasound, electric, message and magnetic and it healed way fast if you know of anyone that does those see them.

My worst injury happened to me like my 2nd day at woodward, i had bad hip injuries before, but the one i had then made my entire upper leg swolen and blue, i was injured the whole time at woodward, then it took like another 2-3 weeks to heal after that.
