Hey everyone I recommend all of you who skate often and hard to stretch thoroughly. I usually stetch a lot but I've been lazy and stopped for a while. The muscle on the side of my leg got really tight and I just bumped my hip and it's so so sore because it was so tight.
It's been almost a week since I skated :cry:

i didn't ever strech before i skated then a few months ago i slid out of a trick on my knee and it started hurting real bad...and kept hurting for a few days after. turns out i strainned my hamstring. so streahing in skating is just important as it is in any sport.
