is there anything special about inverted 5s? i can do regular two-handed handplant - regular. so i was thinking if i took one hand away and kept spinning, instead of stopping at 180, i could do it.(i was actually just thinking of doing it like that but popping off and spinning the other 360....but i think that would be handplant 360 revert, right?) sorry for my non-sense rambling...i just figured i would get some advice before i just went out and tried it.

after you finish your spin it's important to tuck. That should bring you back even with the ramp.

Ok, I'm digging an old cow outa the grave here :)
But I have to hehe.

I dont consistently land my mctwists. I havent tried landing them for a long while, cause well, when I mess up the landing, it's quite uncumfy :) (my feet shoot forward)

But my question on this though. Do you guys feel orientated when doing it? Like you know what's going on to be able to even think that?
I know there's space for some modifications to what you do during the flip. But do you ppl feel enough to be able to think allot about what youre doing?

Bah, weird and badly put question. I think I'm trying to figure out if I should concentrate more when doing the flip. Same quetion applies to spins actually :)
