going backwards

how d'you go down the vert ramp backwards? plus pump backwards going up the other side? i'm okay with going forward but when i try it backwards i end up plastered to the bottom of the halfpipe

when you go down but one foot on front of the other so it stabalized you

up the other side try just going normal. lean forward.
