Fall about a dozen times, when you figure out you didn't hurt yourself it goes away.

After you drop in the first time it should go away if you dont fall, if your not comfortable enough to drop in yet just learn to pump to the coping first starting from the bottom.

just get used to a smaller transition then go over the next size and trick yourself into thinking its smaller than it is. Thats how I got over my fear of the 8'. I just imagined it was a 6'.
