Hey im sorta new to roller blading on vert and im having trouble actually getting air all i can do on the half pipe is transfer from one to another. Please tell me how to get air on the half pipe.

sweet, a new roller. ya, wen you go down the forst part of the halfpipe, pump your legs(push down so you get go power). wen you get to the other side, pulll yourself up so you get more height. so first push down that pull up

don't jump!!!! you know the first time you jump.....you'll end up at the bottom of the ramp. just kinda bring your legs up to you.

Start rising at the curve of the pipe to gain momentum, once you feel comfortable with the speed and momentum you have try doing a trick.

Ya i also had trouble geting up ramps when i started reskating. i asked my friend and he told me to pump down and pull up. now i can get 8 feet above a 6 foot quarter

hey i have a problem when i skate the 12 foot at vans here in orlando. i understand now and i figured this out on my own, not to jump at ALL :) i fell and busted my lip 12 ft in the fking air lol straight to flat bottom eh, but when i just bring my legs to me i somtimes feel like i will catch the coping on the way down, tips?

When you leave the ramp suck your feet in. Keep an eye on the coping so you know when to put your feet back down.
