NE one know how i can get more momentum out of a flip?

I've tried several times to pull off a flip on a quarter pipe but i just cant get my spin right. the quarter pipe is a flat top and thats wer im landing. Ive landed on my back but people tell me that i have enough height. should i work on spin, height, or both? tips?[/list]

It's important to tuck your knees really hard if you are trying a streight flip.
