I lost my flat 5s

Damn i used to land them every time. Then i tore legament in my knee and couldnt skate for 3 months. Can some1 give me tips

you didn't lose them... they're just burried under a pile of weeds. tricks are like plants in a garden, if you don't tend to them, in time, they'll get grown over by by weeds. you get weeds in your garden from injuries, time off skating, or simply just because your head is fucking with you. go back to basics, you learnt it once, you'll get it again, this time it should be easier though, cause you know you can do it.
