Viking flip

I know i wouldn't be able to pull one right now, can't get the highth needed. but how hard is to pull a viking flip, how much highth do you need to pull one, and how do you acually pull one??? At buffalo takeshi kept pulling them right infront of me and it's one of the best looking tricks, to me, ever and once i get better at vert i want to pull them. so anyhelp would be vert greatfull, plus if anyone has video's of takeshi pulling them that would be VERY helpfull.

THink of it as a laid out flat spin 540.
Takeshi knew flat 5's then started tweaking them.

I fall the same way whether I try a flat 5 or a viking flip. =-)

think of it as a flat 5 but tweaked

i tried dong a viking flip and f&^$ my self up only because i was just hucking it.

and i would have to agree viking flips look sweet.

havent landed one though.

im going to wait till i go to woodward to try to land one.
