front flip 180's

anyone have tips on the rotation of front flip 180's, on street i can do regular front flips without a problem

any help is appreciated

its pretty easy all you have to do is when you throw the flip slowly rotate your shoulders and the spin will come i would reccomend doing it on a trampoline first just so you don't mess yourself up
