I've seen Shane go half cab (fakie 180) then 540 eggplant so it was like afakie 7 with a eggplant. Those are pretty sick.

I found this one looking over some older post and would like to clear that one up. It's acually called a phillips 66. There extramly fun to do in vert and quarters but the best place to do them is on a spine, excpet you only go 360 not 540 though in trying a 540 one.
To do one in a spin go fakie up to the spine and when you reach about 3-4 inches from the top of the spine jump and do a 180 and get your body really laid out horizontal, like a flat spin. As your doing this bring your opposit hand, the hand opposit your spin *example* i spin to my left so i plant with my right hand, and plant it on the top of the spin. With you hand give your self a little push to and bring your skates back around anoth 180 so your landing fakie on the other side of the spine. roll away with everyone freaking out on what you just did.
It's a very fun trick to do and not very hard when you get it down. Size of the spine doesn't matter either becuase i learned them on a 5 foot spine and can do them and a 2 foot upto a 7 foot spine without any problems. The only thing is you have to be quick about getting your feet back under you becuase your basicly doing a fakie 360 flatspin with a hand plant and if your feet arn't under you there going to clip on the top of the spine and your going to be in a world of hurt.
After you get the basics of it down try throwing grabs in with your free hand. I have the mute down and i'm currently working on a rocket one but it's hard to get my feet back under me.

I just remembered i have this pic on my myspace.com profile.
This is right when you plant the hand, see how my body is now 180, i started out fakie remember, and pretty flat. right here is when you push off with your hand and pull your feet under you and land fakie on the opposit side. i'll get more pictures when i get a chance

thats a different thing your talking about. shane's is called a "FcTwist" as in faky mctwist. think of a normal 540 eggplant mctwist, now think go up faky do a 180 then go into a normal 540 eggplant mctwist. you cant do shanes on over spines

yeah i think im not sure what its called but the way i started to learn the bio 540 before i landed it clean was i placed my hands down when coming out of the rotation with my feet up over my head on the vert wall.

kind of like a bio 540 safety something like that i dont know all the shit.

But on the other hand over a spine i can do a somewhat 540 flat spin where i spin 360 put my hand down while spinning flat then finish the rest of the rotation 180 land fakie over the spine although im not as good at these as my friend he barely puts his hand down when he throws it and he lands flat bottom.

My friend john Pokorny can throw a 450 to quick plant on a half pipe.

Ben Weis taught it to me at ASA Buffalo and he called it a phillips 66, also one of my friedns does the same thing in a quarter, fakie handplant 360, and he calls that a phillips 66 as well. Maybe there is another name but thats the only name i've heard it called

on vert I think it is called a Pop Tart but you do a fakie 360 to invert and what Paul is doing is different and it is called a Phillip 66 as far as I know.

my friend used to do pop tarts in the halfpipe at salvation before they closed and hey would doa fakie 360 to invert then just push away from the ramp in kick back in without using his hands to guid kind of like letting go of an invert and use your feet in hopes that you can land right up again in the ramp.
