yes there is a technique..... YOU DONT JUMP!!!! you just got to learn how to pump the ramp and and how to land right below the coping to keep your speed up

when your on the half pipe and you go down you push down towards the bottom of the curve so you get speed, then wen you get to the other side you pull yourself up the other side of the ramp. wen i say pull i mean pull your body up into the air, and not using your hands to literally pull yourself up

each ramps different. learn to pump your local properly and itll come. DONT JUMP, and remember your tech can be bomb but if your setups fubar you wont get too far!
